Refund Policy
Our insurance policy is for 30 days after shipment. No refunds or replacements will be offered after this period.
Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unchanged, unused, undamaged and with labels attached to original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the product is in the following state!
Refund (if applicable)
Please note that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact our customer service first and then send the item back for their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund will be processed within 15 days and automatically applied to your original payment account (debit/credit card or paypal ). If there is no quality problem with our products, the customer needs to pay the return freight . In other cases, you can keep the product and directly communicate with our customer service for refund.
Late or lost refund (if applicable)
Your freight may be refunded in the case of late delivery if the guaranteed delivery item is indicated on the checkout page.If you have sufficient evidence that your package was stolen or lost, we will refund you.
Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately, special items cannot be refunded.
Communication (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the same items, send us an email miratusohz@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your shipping fees to return your items. Freight is not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order modification/cancellation
If you would like to modify/cancel your order, please contact Miratuso customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. If there is a difference in price, additional charges will be incurred. Please contact Miratuso customer service for changes or cancellations that are more than 24 hours old. In the case of unshipped goods, we will not charge any fee. If it is shown as shipped goods, we will charge a round-trip Courier fee.
